NSS
The NSS unit of the school, under the charge of program officer Mrs. Neerja Walia and Mrs. Paramjit kaur have 200 students. In keeping with the NSS motto ‘Not me but You’, the unit prepares the students for the service of nation through a number of activities viz cleanliness drive at Sukhna, rally to save girl child, tree plantation, celebration of world peace, road safety awareness etc.
ACTIVITIES HELD DURING 2016-17
- This year 50 volunteers alonngwith Neeraja Walia and Paramjeet Kaur activity participated in International Yoga Day (21st June 2016) at capital complex alongwith Mr. Modi our worthy Prime Minister
- 16 NSS volunteers from our second participated in state level Independence Day Celebration at Parade ground and state NSS bagged Ist Prize.
- NSS volunteers alongwith P.O Neerja Walia and Paramjeet Kaur surveyed their adopted village Kaimbwala and got appreciation certificate for that Anil & Arvish of XIIB did commendable job.
